'Hi friends, today I am sharing with you healthy breakfast ideas, these are overnight oats, I made 3 different overnight oats. These are low in calories and high protein recipe. I shared Banana overnight oats, mango overnight oats and apple overnight oats. Banana overnight oats is made from milk, but a lot of people are milk sensitive so for those who can’t have milk they can take mango overnight oats and apple overnight oats. These are vegan recipes. These are oil free, sugar free and no cook recipe. To make these recipes we don’t need to cook, quick and easy to prepare recipes. If you are in hurry, day before make overnight oats and next morning add fruits and our healthy breakfast recipe is ready to serve. #overnighoats #oatsrecipeforweightloss #healthybreakfastideas #dietrecipestoloseweightfast #veganrecipes #nocookrecipe Banana Overnight Oats Serving-1 Ingredients Banana-100g (1.5 small banana) Chia seeds-5g (1 tsp) Rolled Oats-15g (2 tbsp) Cow’s milk-150ml Almond-3 (soaked) Pumpkin seeds- for garnish Cooking Method 1-Take a glass add 1 tsp chia seeds, 2 tbsp rolled oats and 1/2 glass cow’s milk. 2-Mix well, overnight refrigerate it. 3-Next morning, chop banana and mix it with overnight soaked oats and garnish with soaked almond and pumpkin seeds. 4-Healthy breakfast Banana overnight oats is ready to serve.  Mango Overnight oats Serving-1 Ingredients 1-Mango-100g 2-Chia seeds-5g (1 tsp) 3-Rolled oats-15g (2 tbsp) 4-Almond-20g 5-Edible Rose petal-few (optional) 6-Cardmom seeds (elachi)-2 Cooking method 1-Take a glass add 1 tsp chia seeds, 2 tbsp rolled oats and almond milk. 2-To make almond milk, I took 20 almonds, soak it for overnight. 3-Next morning, peel the almonds cover, add it in mixer grinder, add 1 cup water and 2 cardamom seeds. Grind it.  Almond milk is ready 4-Pour almond milk in a glass add it to chia and oats mixture. 5-Mix well. Refrigerate it for overnight. 6-Next morning add 100 g mango pulp, mix well, and rose petal (optional). 7-Mango overnight oats are ready to serve.   Apple overnight oats Serving-1 Ingredients 1-apple-100g(1 small size apple) 2-Chia seeds- 5g (1 tsp) 3-Rolled oats-15g (2 tbsp) 4-Coconut-37.5g (1/4th portion of coconut) 5-Pista-3 Cooking process 1-Take a glass add 1 tsp chia seeds  and 2 tbsp rolled oats to it. 2-Add 100 ml coconut milk to it. 3-To make coconut milk take 37g of coconut(1/4th portion of cocont). 4-Add it in mixer grinder add 1/2 cup water and grind it. 5-Now strain it, our cocnut milk is ready. 6-add coconut milk into chia seed and rolled oats.Mix well 7-Refrigreate it overnight. 8-Next morning add 100g finely chopped apple to it. 9-Mix well and garnish with pista. 10-Our healthy breakfast is ready to serve.
